Function:
1. Continuous and long-lasting cooling and refreshing effect, no hot, harsh stinging sensation of Menthol and/or Peppermint.
2. Heat– Resistance is good below 200 °C doesn‘t reduce the cooling impact, suitable for use in bakery and other high-temperature processes.
3. The cooling intensity remains in general for 15-30 minutes with no burning pain compared with Menthol-based products it is cooler.
4. A low dosage 30-100 mg/kg has good cooling properties.
5. Compatible with other flavors and also with other cooling agents.
Applications: mainly used in medicine, oral care (products), chocolate, dairy products, jelly, jam, candy, bread, starch food, beverages, beer and alcoholic beverages/drinks, chewing gum, mouthwash, toothpaste, shaving cream, soap, wet towel, facial mask,
etc. Can be used to make products with different fragrance types in order to meet the new market concept, a good opportunity and choice for companies engaging in food, daily and chemical& pharmaceutical products.
Usage: It can be dissolved in alcohol, propylene glycol or other solvents first, then added into aqueous solution; Or first dissolved in the essence/flavour, then added into the product. Reference Dosage: 30mg ~ 100mg / kg

FYI: The density of PG is not considered, but the error is very small; density of PG is about 1.0381 g/cm³.

1. The long-lasting (cool feeling) cooling agent with a strong sense of coolness, can slow-release and prolong the sense of coolness. The cooling effect is significant and long-lasting, always 15-30 minutes;
2. The continuous high temperature of 200 ℃ will not affect the cooling strength of the product, which is convenient for high-temperature treatment such as baking in process production;
3. Low dosage; for 1kg finished product, always only needs 30mg ~ 100mg ws-23 to achieve the cooling effect.
4. Easy water solubility, solubility up to 0.7%;
5. No odor of the product. It is pleasant, long-lasting, fresh, no spicy and stimulating feeling. It can be blended with other flavors without affecting its aroma and cooling effect.
